The Clarington Flames are proud to introduce Aaron Pudlis as the Head Coach of our U15B team for the 2026/27 season!

Entering his fourth year with the Flames organization, Aaron brings valuable experience from previous coaching roles within the Toros organization and the Orono Athletic Association. His commitment to player development, confidence-building, and fostering a positive competitive environment makes him a fantastic leader for this group.

Aaron’s vision for U15B is a team that plays with high tempo, determination, and relentless work ethic — all while building a culture centered around energy, intensity, and a genuine love for the game.

U15B Tryout Announcement

A U15B tryout will be held on Sunday, April 26th at 1:00 PM at Toyota Arena. This skate will help determine whether we can move forward with forming a U15B team, based on registration numbers, skill level, and Clarington player representation. Imports are welcome to try out to help build a competitive roster.

We look forward to seeing everyone on the ice!

We’re excited to announce Kyle Goldman as Head Coach of the U9B team. Kyle brings several years of coaching experience, including roles in the FUNdamentals program, Head Coach of U9 HL and ran development sessions last season, and previous experience with the Clarington Thunder. His background also includes coaching junior golfers in Durham Region and playing hockey with the Ajax Knights, as well as in the U.S. with the Memphis Blues.

Kyle is committed to creating a positive, fun environment where players can build confidence, develop strong on-ice skills, and grow both individually and as teammates. His focus is on fostering a love of the game while helping players form lasting friendships and life skills that extend beyond hockey.

U18 A Tryout Information

Everyone trying out for the U18 A level teams is welcome to attend.

The first tryout will be divided into two groups based on last names:

April 15, 2026 – South Courtice Arena
🕢 7:30 PM – Group 1: Last names A–L
🕣 8:30 PM – Group 2: Last names M–Z

Following the first tryout, both coaches will post the tryout passport numbers of the top 40–50 players advancing to the next stage.

The second tryout will consist of a Red vs. White intersquad game, made up of players selected from the list posted after the first session.

Following this session, coaches will again post the passport numbers of players advancing.

The third tryout will consist of a White vs. Red intersquad game.

GOLD! 👑🏒

Our U13 Green and U18 Grey teams have officially been crowned “Queen of the House” champions after an incredible weekend battling against the top House League teams from across other centres!

U13 Green pulled off a thrilling 2–1 OT victory in a nail-biter against the Oakville Hornets. What a finish!

U18 Grey delivered a dominant defensive performance, keeping the Burlington Barracudas scoreless and securing a 1–0 win in the finals.

Both teams proved this weekend that they are truly the best of the best. An amazing way to finish the season—congratulations to all players, coaches, and families! 🏆🔥
