CELEBRATE WITH LOCAL GRADS!!!

Cinderella Project & Tux Shop is almost ready for launch in the Foothills out of our Aldersyde facility and we need your help to make grad memorable for every student.

Every Grade 12 student deserves to celebrate feeling confident, stylish, and proud, no matter their family’s financial situation. Our boutique-style shop provides free grad dresses, suits, shoes, accessories, and styling support so students can walk into grad feeling honored and celebrated for this milestone.

Here’s how you can get involved:

- Volunteer: Help with personal shopping appointments, steaming and organizing outfits, alterations, check‑in, and tear‑down.
- Donate Items: Gently used or new formal dresses, suits, dress shirts, ties, shoes, jewelry, clutches, and other accessories.
- Sponsor Services: Hair, makeup, photography, alterations, or transportation.
- Give Financially: Partner with us so we can purchase missing sizes, alterations, and host more students.

We are building beauty kits for the Cinderella Project. Because of hygiene rules, all makeup and tool donations must be brand new and completely unopened.

We are looking for:

- Foundation, concealer, mascara, lipstick, lip gloss, and setting spray
- Brushes, sponges, and beauty blenders
- Eyeshadow palettes, setting powder, highlighter, and blush

If you don't know what shades to buy, grab a gift card to a local beauty retailer.

We are asking Claresholm barbershops and salons to sponsor chair time for a grad.

Getting a sharp fade or a proper updo before walking the stage makes a huge difference, but those appointments are expensive. Sponsoring a slot means your shop covers the cost of a haircut or styling session for a student who otherwise couldn't book in.

If your shop has an open chair and wants to cover a grad's service, DM us to get on the sponsor list.

We need local photographers to shoot professional mini sessions for the Cinderella Project.

A lot of our grads do not have the budget to book a grad shoot. We want them to walk away with a sharp, high-quality photo to hand to their proud families, not just a smartphone selfie in the hallway.

If you shoot professionally in Claresholm and can donate a block of time to take portraits of these students, send us a DM.

We are about half way through the Toy drive for 2025 and have a ways to go to meet our goal. Again this year we are supporting Shop of Wonders. This program provides toys for youth in need in Claresholm and immediate area. Check out there website for more information on the wonderful work they are doing. MyCityCare Claresholm
