Claresholm & Area Palliative Care Committee Our purpose is to raise funds to support palliative patients and their families in a time of need through equipment, support, or education.

The Claresholm & Area Palliative Committee is comprised of volunteer community members and staff from Claresholm General Hospital, Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre and Claresholm Home Care. Our work supports palliative patients at home, in the Claresholm General Hospital, and at the Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre.

They were all absolutely amazing, and choosing favorites was no easy task. Thank you so much to everyone who submitted photos and took the time to vote. Your participation, creativity, and enthusiasm made this such a fun experience!
