If you have not already done so, please do not pay the Special Assessment Invoice. The L*D Committee has reviewed the information and a new invoice, reflecting a lower amount, will be generated and sent out. If you have already made full payment, thank you. We will arrange a credit to you for the difference.

Facility Closure Notification_Clarenville Transfer Station

• Please be advised that scheduled maintenance and upgrades at the Clarenville Transfer Station are nearing completion. The facility is scheduled to reopen to commercial traffic at 8:00 a.m. on May 21.

Facility Closure Notification — Clarenville Transfer Station

• Please be advised that the Clarenville Transfer Station will not accept commercial loads from 4:00 PM on May 8 until 8:00 AM on May 15. This temporary closure is required to facilitate maintenance work. Please check back for updates as work progresses.

• Exception: Waste from curbside collection in the area will continue to be accepted during this period.

• The Waste Recovery Facility will remain open during regular operating hours.

OSI Collection Reminder - Random Sound West and Deep Bight

2026 Oversized Items (OSI) Booking & Collection Dates

Residents are advised that OSI online booking and collection dates have been scheduled for the following areas:

Random Sound West & Deep Bight:
• Booking opens: Apr. 17 at 8:30 AM
• Booking closes: May 19 at 8:30 AM
• Collection date: May 22

OSI collection (formerly known as bulk waste collection) is intended for larger items that cannot be collected through regular curbside waste service. This typically includes bulky household items, provided they meet program guidelines.

Important steps to follow

2. Make sure your items meet the program guidelines before scheduling.
