Thank you, River Rats! 🎣💙

We’re incredibly grateful to Matt Adams and the Vedder River Rats Derby for their generous donation of $3,468 in support of watershed restoration in the Chilliwack and Vedder River systems!

Contributions like this directly support the restoration and protection of vital habitats for salmon, steelhead, and the many species that depend on healthy waterways. It’s also a powerful reminder of what can happen when community and conservation come together 🤝🌿

Matt and the River Rats continue to show what stewardship looks like in action, and we’re so thankful to have your support in this work.

Together, we’re building healthier rivers for generations to come 💙

What a beautiful evening for the launch of our new Watershed Views Speaker Series!

Thank you to T’ít’elem Spáth (Dr. Eddie Gardner) and Roxanna Kooistra for sharing such inspiring stories and updates on Indigenous-led restoration at Hope Slough and Gill Bar.

Their words reminded us of the living bond between salmon, people, and the lands and waters we all share, and of how powerful change can be when we work together to protect them.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to our partners at the Stó:lō Research and Resource Management Centre and the University of the Fraser Valley and for co-hosting this special night. 💚
