Chestermere Women’s Crisis Society is a community-based non-profit society, organized to collaborate and liaise with existing resources to provide counseling services, legal resources, and clothing and food security to vulnerable women in the community who may be experiencing domestic abuse or require assistance with providing basic needs for themselves and their children.

We are giving away 24 FREE backpacks to the community to help those in need. Plus we bought school supplies to go with each bag. Our mission isn't just to make pizza — we're part of this community, and we're here to help whenever you need it! ❤️

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us in our mission of ensuring no one faces difficult times alone. Together, we can uplift, empower and make a lasting difference.

CWCS is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to providing essential support for individuals and families facing crisis in the community. From housing challenges, family violence, accessing vital resources, basic needs and more, we create safe spaces, offer compassionate guidance, and advocate for those in need. We aim to be a lifeline for families, helping them regain stability and build brighter futures.

About the Opportunity 🫶
Whether you can offer a few hours a week or just on special occasions, your contribution is invaluable. Your time and skills can make a significant impact. Volunteer opportunities include:
⭐️Answering the helpline / supporting clients
⭐️Fundraising & donation support
⭐️Attending and assisting at community event resource tables
⭐️Helping with special events and event planning
⭐️Supporting in admin projects
