📣 We're hiring a Medical Office Administrator. 📣

This is the person our community members meet first, the one who keeps the Same Day Clinic moving, the records accurate, and the schedule holding together on a busy Tuesday.

Our Health Centre is a non-profit community health centre in Chester, NS. We're small enough that everyone here shapes how care is delivered, and ambitious enough to put innovation at the centre of what we do. What you notice, suggest and fix here changes how people experience their care.

The details:
📍 Onsite in Chester, NS
🗓️ Permanent, 30–40 hours over 4–5 days
💵 $23.00–$26.00/hour, based on experience
🩺 Health and dental, 70% employer-paid, plus employer RRSP contributions
🌿 12 paid personal and sick days, two weeks' vacation to start, time in lieu

We’d like to take a moment to share an important staffing update with our community. After nine years with our clinic, Cindy has decided to step away from her role as Lead Clinic Administrator and pursue new opportunities.

Throughout her years with us, Cindy has been an important part of our team, supporting our patients, our staff, and our community in so many ways. We’re grateful for her dedication and the many contributions she has made over the years.
