R&D Shock Works We service, rebuild and repair snowmobile, ATV/UTV, mx and aftermarket automotive gas charged shocks. Seals and parts are extra if needed.

Shock service includes: disassembly, inspection, new oil, reassembly and nitrogen charge. Pricing for snowmobile shock service starts at:

$55 for monotube.

$60 for Remote reservoir or piggy backs

$65 Fox Float/EVOLS

$70 Fox Float piggy back/EVOLS

ATV/UTV shock service starts at:

60$ for monotube

$70 for piggy back/ remote reservoir

ebuild Ford Raptor Fox Shocks. We stock and use only OEM Fox rebuild kits to renew your suspensions performance. Rebuild with rebuild kits is $165 each, or $620 for all four. Fox 2.0 rebuild with rebuild kit is $130 each

We have now have a vacuum bleeding system to service the KYB Smart Shocks. We also use this system on other KYB, Walker Evans and Fox shocks. Vacuum removes all the air and moisture from the shock then pushes in oil under pressure. It will even remove micro air bubble which is present in most shock oils.
