🌱 Discover the Power of Worker Co-operatives

Are you curious about workplaces where democracy thrives, profits are shared, and every voice matters? Join us for an engaging information session that explores the transformative model of worker co-operatives—businesses owned and operated by the people who work in them.

Whether you're an entrepreneur, employee, activist, or simply someone who believes in fairer economies, this session will unpack:

🔍 What worker co-operatives are and how they function
🤝 The benefits of shared ownership—from job stability to community impact
🛠️ Steps to start or convert a business into a co-op
💼 Real-world examples of successful co-ops across industries

Expect lively discussion, practical insights, and a chance to connect with others who are passionate about building more equitable workplaces. Let’s rethink what it means to work—and to own.

Come with questions. Leave with inspiration.
