This team will represent PEI at the 16U Girls National Championship in Moncton, New Brunswick, August 20–23.

⚾ Baseball PEI Rally Cap Intro Sessions 2026!

Baseball PEI is hosting Rally Cap Intro Sessions for young players, coaches, and parent helpers who plan to be involved on-field this summer.

These sessions are a great development opportunity for Rally Cap players and an introduction to the Rally Cap program for coaches and parent helpers.

📍 Friday, June 5 | 6 PM
President Field, Cardigan

📍 Saturday, June 13 | 9 AM
Rink Field, Kensington

📍 Monday, June 15 | 6 PM
Mill River Field, Woodstock

Players will warm up and receive instruction from Baseball PEI clinicians. At the same time, coaches and parent helpers will meet with the BPEI Rally Cap Coordinator. Everyone will then come together to run through several fun skill stations.

This supports Baseball PEI’s focus on grassroots participation, player development, and coach support across the province.

Bring your glove and get ready for a great session!

Baseball PEI is saddened to learn of the passing of Ron Rice.

Ron had a deep love for the game of baseball and made a lasting impact on our sport, serving as President of Baseball PEI and Baseball Canada.

We extend our sincere condolences to Ron’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Ronald Frederick Rice, of Charlottetown Prince Edward Island, passed away on May 27, 2026, at the age of 82. Ronald was born on December 4th, 1943, in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, to Hazel and Gordon Rice. Ronald lived his entire life on Prince Edward Island, except for a short appointment i...
