✨ Throwback Thursday ✨

Today we’re looking back and celebrating the success of our Nourish & Move program, made possible through the generous support of a grant from Live Well PEI

Nourish & Move focused on helping individuals with autism build lifelong wellness skills through hands-on learning and group experiences centered around:

🥗 Healthy eating, cooking, and meal planning
🏃 Physical activity and movement for physical and mental wellness
🌎 Understanding the social factors that impact overall health and well-being

From trying new foods and recipes to exploring fun ways to stay active, our clients embraced every opportunity to learn and grow throughout the program.

The impact of this initiative continues today, as clients remain excited to use their new skills and confidence as they move forward in their wellness journeys.

A huge thank you again to Live Well PEI for supporting inclusive health and wellness opportunities in our community!
