Hospice PEI’s Annual Hike & Bike is returning on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at Confederation Landing in Charlottetown, from 1:00–3:00 PM.

This year will be a little different, there will be just ONE Hike & Bike event, and we’re inviting supporters from all three regions to come together for this special afternoon of community, movement, and connection.

Each year, Hike & Bike fundrasier helps Hospice PEI continue offering compassionate hospice comfort and care programs that support Islanders and their families. Through practical help, emotional support, advocacy, and education, Hospice PEI works to ensure quality palliative and hospice care for those who need it most.

Whether you prefer to hike, bike, walk, run, or rollerblade, everyone is welcome to take part. Most importantly, it’s a chance to gather as a community and share who you’re hiking for. 💙
