PEI Connectors clients came together for a hybrid networking session, held both in person and online, focused on financial planning for business and career success in Canada, led by Craig Lambe, CFP, MBA of Lambe & Associates Inc.

Craig guided participants through key topics such as tax-efficient compensation strategies, retirement and group savings plans, and ways to align personal financial goals with business planning. He also shared insights on leveraging employee benefits to support retention and building long-term financial stability for continued growth.

Attendees left with practical tools and a stronger sense of confidence in managing their financial future.

A big thank you to Craig for sharing his expertise, and to all participants, both in the room and online, for making this session engaging and impactful!

We’re incredibly grateful to Farmer Flory Sanderson and the amazing Island Hill Farm Inc staff for welcoming us so warmly and sharing the inspiring story behind one of PEI’s most beloved interactive animal farm destinations. From meeting baby goats, horses, sheep, bunnies, and so many other animals, to learning about the growth of the farm, café, shoppe, experiences, and community impact, the session offered valuable insight into entrepreneurship, tourism, and creating meaningful community connections on PEI.

It was wonderful to see participants engaging, networking, and learning through such a hands-on and memorable experience. The passion, care, and welcoming atmosphere created by Farmer Flory and her team truly left a lasting impression on everyone who attended.

Thank you as well to all the clients and community members who joined us and contributed to such an engaging and positive atmosphere. We appreciate everyone who helped make this Connect To Learn session such a success. 💛
