Ruth Hooper moved into Andrews of Stratford as a way to simplify her life.
At Andrews, she didn’t need to worry about going to the grocery store, planning meals, cooking. Most importantly, it would give her daughter, who she’d been living with prior to moving in, peace of mind.
“I love it here,” she said. “It’s a beautiful home but it’s the staff that make it. The girls and young men that work here. They’re all so caring and they always have a smile. Nothing is too much trouble.”
In a recent conversation with owner Ray Murphy, Ruth said - “If you were to die and go to heaven this is what it would be like.”
