Ag Adventure Day - We were proud to take part in this important initiative. It gave us a meaningful opportunity to spark curiosity and help kids understand how PEI’s agriculture and aquaculture systems work—from how food is grown and harvested to the people and practices behind it.

Applications open for employer wage subsidies to hire summer students

Local businesses hiring summer students can apply for provincial government wage subsidies through SkillsPEI and the Employment Development Agency.

Applications will be accepted until 11:59pm on April 3, 2026.

🎉 Thank You for Celebrating PEI Aquaculture With Us! 🦪🌊
A huge thank‑you to everyone who joined us at the PEI Aquaculture Celebration Reception! It was a fantastic evening honouring the growers, processors, innovators, and the many businesses that support our province’s thriving aquaculture community.
We were grateful to have MLAs, members of government, industry leaders, and colleagues come together to share great conversations, explore new opportunities, and enjoy some of the best seafood our Island has to offer.
And of course—a special shoutout to James Power from Raspberry Point Oysters, who kept the energy high and the oysters flowing with some top‑notch shucking skills. He made it look way too easy and kept everyone smiling while doing it!
