Some stories stay with you long after the call ends.

At 211 PEI, our Navigators hear from people on some of their hardest days. Moments filled with fear, uncertainty, and sometimes heartbreak. And while we’re there to listen, to help, and to guide… we’re human, too.

These stories don’t just pass through us they stay with us.

We carry the voices of people who are worried, overwhelmed, and searching for hope. We think about them after we hang up. We wonder how they’re doing. We hope the support made a difference. And sometimes, we get to hear a positive outcome and it reminds us why this work matters so deeply.
