Available 24/7/365, free, confidential, and interpretation in 240+ languages. Please note that 211 PEI does not provide support through social media and Facebook Messenger. You can access the 211 PEI service through the following methods:

- Call 211 24/7 by dialing 2-1-1 on your mobile device or landline
- Text 2-1-1 (Monday - Friday 9 AM - 4 PM AST)
- Visit our website: www.pe.211.ca
- If you do not have access to a phone, you can email [email protected] (Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM AST. Email is not monitored on holidays)

You don’t have to be the person who needs support to connect with 211 PEI.

If you’re worried about a friend, family member, neighbour or someone you’re supporting, you can contact our Navigators on their behalf. We can help you understand what supports may be available and what options might make sense.

And if you’re a service provider, 211 PEI can be part of your toolbox, too.

Call us when you need help finding a resource for a client, when their needs go beyond your organization’s scope, or when you’re not sure where to connect them next.

You don’t have to know every resource. That’s part of what we’re here for.

Think 2-1-1 is only available in English? Not quite.

If you’re more comfortable speaking another language, interpretation is available to help you connect with 211 PEI. That includes languages like:

Mandarin
Punjabi
Tagalog
Arabic
Vietnamese
German

So if you need help finding community programs, services or supports, don’t let language stop you from calling.

Call 2-1-1 and let us know what language you’re most comfortable speaking. We’ll take it from there.
