There was a question out there in FB world, so I answered it (see pic)😁 an insight to my approach and...I have to keep my sanity in this city life without horses around me..💕🐴 . love spending time with my medically fragile, complex care son at the same time I need to deal with life without my horse hugs.
HORSEPOWER FEAL SESSIONS are about getting to know yourself & at the same time your connectivity with your horse. Reading body language and personality of the horse builds a valuable leadership skill that hugs the whole process into teamwork.

The question was, when starting a horse what to use? Bit? Boisel? Halter?

HORSEPOWER follows amazing sites, these are my words " they are 😁😁😁😁but they aren't"!!!

People often speak about the Year of the Horse as a time of freedom, movement, and powerful momentum.

But when you spend time around horses, you realise something simple.

They’ve always lived this way.

A horse doesn’t move because it thinks it should.

It moves when movement feels right.

It pauses when something needs to be felt, noticed, or understood.

There’s no forcing.
No performing.
No pushing through simply to keep up appearances.

Only honesty.

Horses trust their instincts in a way many of us were taught to ignore.

And perhaps that’s the deeper invitation they offer us.

To slow down.

To notice what our bodies are saying.

To stop pretending everything is fine when something inside us is asking for attention.

Real freedom doesn’t come from speed or constant achievement.

It comes from alignment.

From living in rhythm with what is true for you.

Knowing when to step forward…

And when standing still is the wisest, most powerful choice you can make.

That is The Way of The Horse. 🖤
