I am starting to work on organizing the second annual Ride for Skyler and Epilepsy awareness. I’m looking at two possible dates (September 14th or September 28) both are on Saturdays.
This year we will be doing the run which will last about an hour and 20 minutes. Once the ride is done we will be celebrating Skyler’s 10th birthday 💜 This event will be a family friendly event kinda like Skyler’s 8th birthday and celebration of life were. We plan on doing a bbq and(Skyler’s favourite of course) a corn boil for a small fee. We are also looking to have some entrainment that both kids and adults can enjoy. We will have The Skyler Strong Charitable Foundation merch available for sale by donation. We will be doing a 50/50 as well as an auction, with all proceeds raised going to the foundation as well as The Epilepsy Association of The Maritimes! We are hoping to end this event with cake and fireworks just like Skyler would love!
