Castlegar Youth Action Network The Castlegar Youth Action Network is open to any youth age 12-18 and to community members with a ves The new name is now the Castlegar Youth Action Network.

The Castlegar Community Services Youth Program began in 2014 under the name of the Castlegar Youth Council. Now the program is expanding into a part of a Basin Wide network of Youth -Led, Community Supported initiatives for rural communities in the Columbia Basin. We strive to build community capacity through fostering creative, pro-social, educational and leadership opportunities via the creation of youth led activities and events.
