Castlegar Fire Department members assisted with serving breakfast at Legion's Mother's Day Pancake Breakfast on May 10, 2026. As token of their appreciation, the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 170 Castlegar/Robson donated $1,500 to the CFD's Annual Toy Drive. Thank you for this donation, it will go a long way in buying the toys and gifts for the families that are need this year.

The day is here and its a black and white cloths theme so be sure to wear yours and as a added bonus there will be a special prize for someone wearing polka dots. Meat draw starts at 3:00pm but come early as seats go fast

The Big Bob Byrne Memorial Meatdraw is upon us this Saturday May 30 and the raffle prizes are out so be sure to come on down to the Legion and get your tickets there will be lots of prizes and a Spaghetti dinner by donation afterwards so grabs some friends and come early as seats go fast
