๐ŸšŒ๐Ÿ’ฆ A big thank you to the Trail Smoke Eaters for stepping up in a big way today!

In support of our camp kids they were able to take the bus to the Trail Aquatic and Leisure Centre, helping keep everyone safe from the poor air quality. The kids were thrilled to ride on the big bus, and it made for an exciting start to their aquatic adventure!

We are incredibly grateful for the support and community spirit. Thank you, Smokies, for helping us keep our campers safe while creating a memorable experience they'll be talking about for days!

The City of Trail has secured over $4 million in federal and provincial funding to construct a new twin transmission watermain along Charles Lakes Drive.

This funding will help enhance water system reliability with a critical backup connection that will safeguard service for the community and support future development. The investment also preserves local reserve funds, reducing the cost to local taxpayers and helping advance long-term improvements to our municipal water infrastructure.

My apologies - there was a typo saying 2016 instead of 2026. It was an honest mistake, but a really dumb on my part. ~ Kyra L Salmo RCMP: Missing 20-year-old woman located. We would like to advise that construction for the planned Redstone Intersection Lighting Project is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 27th with the installation of underground electrical service on Redstone Drive.

The works will begin in the boulevard adjacent to 1009 and 1011 Redstone Drive and progress up the east side of the road in the coming weeks. MOTT will be installing 7 cobra style lights to illuminate the Redstone Drive and Highway 3B intersection.

Residents may experience temporary traffic disruptions, intermittent lane restrictions, construction noise, and the presence of construction equipment in the area during working hours.
