💙 June is Men’s Mental Health Month 💙

Mental health matters - and so does having a space where men can connect, share, listen, and support one another.

The Men’s Group runs every Sunday from 5:00–8:00 PM at the Family Center. This group is facilitated by men, for men - creating a safe and supportive space for conversation, connection, and growth.

Whether you’re looking for support, wanting to connect with others, or simply need a place to talk - you are welcome.

There are also many additional resources available, including self-assessments, virtual counselling, mental health tips, podcast episodes, and su***de prevention supports. 💙

You don’t have to go through things alone. Let’s continue to build a community where men feel supported, heard, and valued.

📢 FAMILY VIOLENCE PROGRAM Update:

I wanted to share a quick update. Due to the cancellation of my surgery, I am returning to work and resuming my regular programming and supports.

The Women's Group will continue as scheduled on Tuesdays with a NEW TIME of 5-8pm at the Family Center.

The Family Violence Program remains available to support individuals and families in our community. I will also continue providing any other supports that fall within my role and ability to assist.

The Grief Support Circle will also continue on Thursdays from 3-5pm at the Family Center.

Thank you to everyone for your patience, understanding, and continued support. I look forward to reconnecting with participants and continuing the important work of supporting wellness, healing, and community connections.

If you have any questions or require support, please feel free to reach out.

Take care,

Tanya Quinn
