Eternal Hope Anglican Church A parish of the Anglican Diocese of Canada, a diocese of the Anglican Church in North America. We are ordinary people; confident, joyful, disciples of Christ.

We are committed to being a prayer-filled evangelical Christian fellowship, worshipping in the Anglican tradition, united under Christ, glorifying God and living out the gospel by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Join us this Sunday at 10:30 AM as we celebrate Trinity Sunday at Eternal Hope Anglican Church.

On this special day, we gather to worship the one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and to marvel at the mystery of the God who has made himself known to us in Jesus Christ.

This week's sermon is "The Grace We Have Been Saying" from 2 Corinthians 5, exploring what it means to examine ourselves and discover the life-changing reality that Christ is in you.

Whether you're a longtime Christian, returning to church, or simply curious about the faith, you're warmly welcome.

This Sunday we celebrate Pentecost—the birthday of the Church.

Fifty days after Easter, God poured out the Holy Spirit upon the disciples, empowering them to proclaim the Gospel and launching the Church's mission to the world (Acts 2). Pentecost reminds us that the Holy Spirit is still at work today, drawing people to Christ, strengthening believers, and equipping the Church for ministry.

This Sunday will be especially meaningful as we also celebrate Holy Baptism. Together we will rejoice in God's saving grace and welcome a new member into the fellowship of Christ's Church.

We invite you to join us in person or online as we worship, pray, and give thanks for the gift of the Holy Spirit.

You are also welcome to wear red as a symbol of the Holy Spirit's presence and power.

Come and celebrate God's faithfulness with us!

🙏 Join us this morning at Eternal Hope Anglican Church!

We gather at 10:30am for what promises to be a truly special Sunday. We are honoured to welcome our Bishop, the Rt. Rev. Dan Gifford, who will be worshipping and preaching with us today.

We are also celebrating the commissioning of Caroline Julian as Lay Reader — a beautiful moment for our whole community as we recognize and bless her ministry among us.

This Sunday falls in the season between Ascension and Pentecost — a time of expectation and prayer as the Church waits for the promised Spirit. Come and wait with us.
A luncheon follows the service. All are welcome! 🍽️

Today the Church marks the Feast of the Ascension.

Forty days after His resurrection, our Lord Jesus Christ was taken up into heaven and seated at the right hand of the Father (Acts 1:9–11). The Ascension is not Christ’s absence, but His reign.

Jesus Christ is not distant—He is enthroned. Our humanity is now present in the very life of God, and the risen Lord intercedes for His Church as King and High Priest.

In a distracted and anxious age, Ascension Day calls us to lift our eyes: Christ is Lord over all things, and His kingdom cannot fail.

So today we pause, give thanks, and set our hearts above, where Christ is seated.

Text for a new church ad on FB. Thoughts?

If you’re looking for a casual, concert-style church experience, we may not be quite what you expect.

But if you’re longing for something deeper—rooted in the historic Christian faith, shaped by Scripture, and centered on the worship of the living God—you are warmly invited.

We are not a church that exists to entertain, though we do cherish genuine fellowship in Christ.
Our worship draws from the ancient patterns of the Church, ordered and reverent, lifting our hearts and minds toward God.

Our music is chosen not for trends, but to carry and teach the faith handed down through the generations.

Our preaching is not designed to impress, but to faithfully proclaim Christ from all of Scripture.

We hold firmly to the essentials of the Christian faith, because we believe truth matters—and because the gospel of Jesus Christ is worth preserving and declaring clearly.

And at the same time, we are a community with open doors to all who come seeking God with sincerity.

We believe worship is not primarily about us, but about the glory of God who calls us to Himself.

So if you’re searching for a church where the Christian faith is taken seriously…

If you want the gospel of Jesus Christ proclaimed without compromise…

If you’re drawn to worship that is both ancient in form and alive in faith…

Come and see.
