Canmore Highland Games was established in 1991 by the Three Sisters Scottish Festival Society to present and celebrate Celtic culture create a destination/entertainment event. It quickly became one of the signature summer events of Canmore.

Jobs to be accomplished are tents, stage, and bar set-up’s at Centennial Park. Start time is 9am.

Many hands make for little work.

The Canmore Highland Games are almost here — September 4–6 — and we can’t wait to welcome everyone for a weekend packed with Scottish culture, competition, music, dancing and plenty of Highland spirit, all against the spectacular backdrop of the Canadian Rockies!

🎟️ Get your tickets and come join the fun — or, even better, get involved and VOLUNTEER!

It takes an incredible crew of volunteers to bring the Games to life, and we’d love to have you on the team. It’s a pretty great way to experience the Games from the inside, meet some wonderful people and be part of one of Canmore’s favourite traditions.
