What is Project All In?

-Project “All In” -

Designed to help start tough conversations surrounding Mental Wellness for people in First Responder roles and those whose job may be a little more behind the scenes. ie; Nurses, Dr’s, Therapist, Emergency Dispatchers etc. - - The Buffalo side - Debrief the day, the week or the last call or event. Cumulative job stressors or traumatic events can come back for us to deal with (often negatively) if we don’t properly address them. - The Maple Leaf side - “Help” This side, when presented will require full attention from the recipient. It is understood that this is an ask for help. Members of this program will have SOG’s (Suggested Operating Guidelines) outlying questions to ask and resources to use that will help them better prepare for these tough conversations. Suicides should never out number Line of Duty Deaths. We hope that by having a tool (a reminder in your pocket) that can help you find resources should you need it we can slow these statistics down. - - Project All In launches December 19th to the first Fire Department. But we are “all in” this fight together. Open to Police, EMS, Dr’s of all titles, Nurses, Therapists, Lifeguards, Border Patrol, Corrections Officers, Emergency Dispatchers, Task Forces, Military, Peace Officers, Bylaw Officers, Mountain Rescue, SAR, Chaplin’s, Coast Guard, Coroners, and Public Safety teams. - Over 1000 coins spoken for !!! Spread the word !!!
