It is with great sorrow that we announce the recent passing of two members of our garden community, Jeanne Repp and Tania Bowden.

Jeanne Repp, who passed away on June 29 after a short illness, was a lifelong adventurer, public health nurse, and enthusiastic member of our garden community. We deeply miss her sense of humor and her steady, quiet reliability.

Tania Bowden, who passed away on November 28, was a dedicated member of the Board of Directors for several years and played an integral role in our annual garden planning, seed starting, compost building, and countless other tasks that let her keep her hands in the soil. We will miss Tania's sharp wit, fierce independence, and unmistakable strength and intelligence.

We offer our heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of Jeanne and Tania. We are grateful for all they contributed to helping our plants—and our community—thrive.
