⛔ Upcoming Rail Crossing Closure ⛔

From Sept. 12 through 14 the rail crossing at Boston Pizza / 17 St. and the pedestrian crossing at Spice Hut / Save-on-Foods are closed for essential rail repair. There will be no driving, walking, or cycling access at either location.

We know this will be disruptive to our downtown network, and we apologize for the delays. The timing or scope of this work is out of the control of the Town of Canmore. Thank you for your patience as Canadian Pacific Kansas City Rail works to support the safety of our community. See attached map for details.

⚠️ Expect delays and give yourself extra time to get around town.
⚠️ Use alternate routes via the Railway Avenue South crossing (at A&W) or Spring Creek.
⚠️ Do not enter the area during construction.
⚠️ Walk or bike if possible.
