Congratulations to Colleen Nelson on being the recipient of the Champion Award at the 2026 Mayor’s Arts Awards.

Colleen is a founding member of the Churchmice Players and continues to help with our productions to this day!

Churchmice was lucky to receive this award in 2023. We are so grateful to the City of Camrose, the Camrose Arts Council, and the Mayor’s Arts Award committee for their support of the arts in our community.

🚨 LAST CALL FOR OZ! 🌈👠

If you’ve been telling yourself, “Maybe I should audition…”

This is your sign.

Today is your FINAL CHANCE to audition for The Wizard of Oz!

📅 TODAY, Sunday, September 13
⏰ 2–5 PM
📍 Camrose United Church

Maybe you’ve been nervous. Maybe you weren’t sure if you were ready. Maybe you almost came yesterday and talked yourself out of it.

Come today. 💚

You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t need years of theatre experience. Just come ready to sing, move, take direction, and have some fun with us.

And if performing isn’t for you, we’d still love to have you join our crew! It takes a whole community of people on stage and behind the scenes to make the magic of Oz happen. 🎭

One afternoon. One last chance. Who knows where the Yellow Brick Road might take you? 🌈✨

We’ll see you from 2–5 PM!
