Happy PRIDE Month!

Last Friday, we welcomed folks from the Camrose Public Library to the Heritage Building in Camrose for some pride-themed crafts. Thank you for coming to spend some time with us, for bringing great energy and some of the supplies! 😁

Chair Kevin Schwartz presented a $200 donation to the library from TBG's EDI Council as well.

It’s the 40th Anniversary of Seniors' Week here in Alberta! Seniors’ Week is an opportunity to show appreciation for older adults and the many contributions they make to our communities through volunteerism, assisting charities and by supporting family members and friends.

The Bethany Group has over 100 years of history of creating caring communities and supporting seniors.

We want to sincerely wish everyone a Happy Seniors' Week! And a big thank you to all seniors who have worked their entire lives to create the resources, infrastructure, communities and societies that we enjoy today.

This year's theme is “40 Years of Connection, Contribution and Community” and emphasizes the importance of social connections, community engagement, and recognizing the ongoing impact of seniors in society.

We're proud to partner with Red Deer Polytechnic for their new HCA Program coming this winter!

Get ready Camrose! RDP’s Health Care Aide program is coming to you in January 2027!

Starting next year, Camrose will be welcoming a cohort of 16 new students, who won’t have to relocate to Red Deer for their studies.

By growing healthcare programming in rural and remote communities, Red Deer Polytechnic is helping shape Alberta’s healthcare future with responsive programs and preparing graduates to meet the evolving needs of communities.

The Bethany Group has donated space for the healthcare training lab, and Campus Alberta Central is funding lab equipment costs including hospital beds, Manikins and healthcare supplies.

Rural healthcare programming in central Alberta communities, such as Camrose, is provided through Campus Alberta Central, a joint venture between Olds College of Agriculture & Technology and Red Deer Polytechnic.

Thank you to the Friends of Rosehaven for sponsoring the recent Thistle Hill Farm Petting Zoo in the Heritage Building Auditorium in Camrose!

And thank you to Thistle Hill Farm Petting Zoo & Pony Rides. for bringing in the adorable animals for our residents to enjoy. They brought in a lamb, goat, rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens.
