The annual Campbellford Legion Executive Elections are finally here!
This is your opportunity to help shape the direction of our Branch. Strong leadership ensures we continue delivering vital support for Veterans, serving our community, and creating a welcoming space for all members. Your vote and involvement directly impact the programs, events, and services we provide — from honouring Veterans to supporting youth and keeping our Legion thriving for years to come.
Whether you’re ready to step forward and run for a position, or you want to support the candidates and help choose our next executive team, your participation matters.
Come out, make your voice heard, share your ideas, and let’s keep building on the positive momentum we’ve created together.
Your Legion card (physical or digital) will be needed to access the Legion meeting.
Elected Positions Available:
Executive Officers:
• President – Leads the Branch, chairs meetings, and represents us publicly.
• 1st Vice President – Supports the President and oversees key committees and programs.
• 2nd Vice President – Assists the executive and coordinates branch activities.
• Secretary – Manages meeting minutes, correspondence, and official records.
Treasurer/bookkeeper - Maintains our accounts and Financials
• Sergeant-at-Arms – Maintains order, respect, and protocol during meetings and events.
Executive Committee Members - Members at Large (6 people)
General members who help govern the Branch and chair important committees, including:
• Membership
• Poppy Fund
• Veterans Service Officer
• Youth Education & Bursaries
• Honours & Awards
• Ways & Means (Fundraising)
• Entertainment
Bar Chair
Booking Coordinator
• IT/Security
• Public Relations
• Building & Maintenan
