Campbell River Women's Resource Centre

Campbell River Women's Resource Centre Operated by CRNITS, providing shelter and services to women and children on Northern Vancouver Island for over 30 years.

The Centre continues to provide services, including the drop-in centre, crisis/support counselling, and poverty reduction. In 1985, The Campbell River Women’s Resource Centre gave birth to the Campbell River and North Island Transition Society (CRNITS). The Ann Elmore Transition House opened in 1987. Now, in 2019, the Women’s Centre has become our most esteemed elder, and the Transition Society will take over the administration of the Women’s Centre programs and services.

The Women's Centre is need of blankets, sleeping bags, summer clothing (shorts, dresses, tank tops and lightweight jackets) if anyone has extra that they are not using.
