R Life The original project, Seeds of Resilience was designed to help individuals develop a better understanding of the underpinnings of resilience.

During the last year and a half we have develop an adaptable curriculum focused on resilience practices that we have been presenting in workshops in our community. We were recently awarded funding to expand the reach of the project. Part of what we will be doing from now until the end of June 2013 is delivering the curriculum in person to organizations on Vancouver Island, making the curriculum av

ailable more widely via distance learning, and creating web-based material that will continue to be available after the project is finished.
