Agape in Action A Christadelphian charity dedicated to caring for the spiritual and physical needs of those living in extreme poverty. Gal 6:10

Agape in Action is a Canadian and US registered charity focused on supporting the physical and spiritual needs of children and families living in extreme poverty. We are currently working in 3 African (Kenya, Uganda, Mozambique) and 3 Asian (India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan) countries. Through AinA you can sponsor a child or sponsor a project such as a children's home, a school, the widow's program, farming initiatives etc... Or you can support small income generation projects, contribute to life saving medicines and medical care and other programs. We are committed to efficiency and impact. A dedicated network of volunteers in North America and Australia allows Agape in Action to keep its fundraising and administration costs to less than 2%. We see ourselves as partners working alongside faithful brothers and sisters in poor countries who have dedicated their lives to serving the most vulnerable in their communities. We work closely with the various Christadelphian Bible Missions to ensure that our activities are coordinated and directed in the most effective way possible. AinA recently carried out its first food distribution to the ecclesia in the Rutana Refugee Camp. Most of these brothers and sisters have fled the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), leaving behind their homes and lives in search of safety.

We recently shared the story of one of these brothers, Bro. Adili, who had a harrowing escape from the DRC. His story gives a glimpse into the difficult circumstances many of our brothers and sisters have experienced.

AINA’S DIGNITY PROJECT 💜
A huge thank you to everyone who has contributed to and supported AinA’s Dignity Project!
This program provides girls and sisters with a dignity pack containing period-proof underwear, a washcloth, a waterproof bag and soap.
After moving away from Days for Girls, these packs have been incredibly well received in Kenya over the past few years. They provide a practical, reusable solution that helps girls attend school comfortably and enables women to continue their daily activities with confidence and dignity.
Period poverty can keep girls out of school - when access to menstrual products, clean water and private toilet facilities is limited, managing their periods becomes a significant barrier to education.
