This week, we lost Coach Mark - someone whose quiet strength and unwavering kindness shaped our community in ways that will echo for years to come.

Mark never sought the spotlight, but his impact was undeniable. He showed up with encouragement, laughter, and love, especially for our athletes. He made people feel strong, proud, and most of all, welcome.

Even while facing a diagnosis no one should have to endure, Mark remained committed to others. He spent his final months doing what he loved: connecting, supporting, and celebrating alongside everyone he could. His presence wasn’t loud (unless he had a speaker and his playlist nearby), but it was powerful. He taught us how to live with a full and open heart.

Over the past few weeks, your stories and memories have painted a beautiful picture of a coach, mentor, and friend who made everyone feel valued and cared for. That’s the legacy he leaves behind.

Coach Mark loved his family more than anything... but we know his love for the Blue Jays came pretty close. As the team takes to the field for the World Series, cheer a little louder, smile a little wider, and know he’s watching from the best seat in the house.

Yesterday reminded us exactly why Buddy League is so special. ⚾💙

When the Cambridge Slo Pitch players joined us on the diamond, it wasn’t just about the game -- it was about connection, joy, and community. Our players lit up with excitement, celebrating every hit, every run, and every cheer as if it were the biggest moment in baseball history. Honestly, to us, it was one of our biggest moments this season.

The laughter, the high-fives, the shared celebrations between teams -- those are the memories that will last long after the final out. For our players, stepping onto the field with other players who play on the same field every week and being embraced with so much encouragement and support meant the world.

Yesterday wasn’t just a game… it was proof of the magic that happens when we come together to play the sport we love.

Thank you, Cambridge Slo Pitch, for giving our athletes an unforgettable night, for reminding us that every player belongs on the diamond, and for showing what community looks like in action. These are the moments that make Buddy League what it is. 💫

All season long, our players have had parents, caregivers & coaches cheering from the sidelines… but last night, they were on the other side of the game! ⚾💙

Watching our Buddy League players go up against the very people who encouraged, supported, and believed in them all season long was the perfect way to start off the Post Season. It was something truly special -- it was a celebration of how far our players have come and the community that makes it all possible. 💙💙

Every smile, every cheer, and every moment reminded us that this team is about more than baseball -- it’s about family, friendship, and celebrating each other.

Closing day at Buddy League was the perfect way to mark the end of an amazing season! ⚾

We celebrated with a day of baseball and a BBQ at Duke’s, but more than that, we celebrated everything that this team is about—fun, friendship, and growth. This year has been incredible: our players lit up the field with their energy, learned so much, and built memories that will last long after the season ends. We’ve seen confidence soar, new friendships blossom, and a community come together in such a powerful way.

To everyone who cheered, volunteered, played, or simply showed up to support—thank you. You’ve made this season one we’ll never forget. Until next time, Buddy League family—you’re the heart of it all. 💙
