When Paul first came into the program, life was marked by uncertainty and survival. After his father abandoned the family and both his mother and grandmother passed away, Paul and his sister were left in the care of their elderly grandfather, who struggled with severe mental and psychological challenges. Many days, the children survived by begging neighbours for food. They slept on piles of rags and often went without proper care or supervision.
Everything began to change when Paul was welcomed into Creation of Hope program.
Today, Paul is thriving in Grade 8. He is healthy, well-nourished, and surrounded by people who encourage and support him. Through access to education, meals, spiritual care, mentorship, and a safe place to live, he has rediscovered hope for the future.
“I am very grateful for the support I have received. I believe that I will achieve my dream of becoming an aeronautical engineer through this support.”
Stories like Paul’s remind us that when children are given safety, care, and opportunity, their future can be transformed. Thank you for helping make stories like this possible 🤍
