OCDAL Worldwide Latino Americans Organization ("WLAO"), Organization of Cooperation for the Development of Latin America. ii.

Worldwide Latino Americans Organization ("WLAO"), Organization of Cooperation for the Development of Latin America, is currently the largest Latino Association in the world. The group of Organizations invited to sign WLAO represent more than 1 Million Latino businesses in the world. Geographically, WLAO will be the voice of approximately 50 million Latinos abroad. The Organization and its Members,

in pursuit of the purposes stated in Article 1, shall act in accordance with the following Principles:

i. The Organization is based on the principle of the sovereign equality of all its members without distinction of any kind. To create and develop initiatives of an economic, social, cultural or humanitarian character while promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms for all without distinction of any kind, and a center for harmonizing the efforts of Latin Americans Societies to achieve these common goals. WALO will have three fields of action: Commercial, Social and Cultural. The General Council is the governing body, acting as a Permanent Forum where presidents of Chambers of Commerce, other Business and Cultural Associations, etc, and Representatives of the Latin American Governments under an egalitarian system and true solidarity, discuss and agree on guidelines and initiatives of the organization, and under the authority of the same, two subsidiary organs would take action on their specific fields:

1) Worldwide Latino Chambers of Commerce (WLCC), limited to Commercial issues.

2) Latinos Institute Abroad, limited to Cultural and Social issues
