Last week at the AGM, our 2025-2026 President, Moji Ajele, led us through a powerful review of our chapter's operations and achievements. It was a proud moment to step back and celebrate a phenomenal year of progress for our members - including the launch of our brand-new website, highly successful in-person events, and delivering 16.5 valuable CCE Hours to support our community's professional growth!

A truly standout moment of the presentation was Moji’s heartfelt tribute to our leadership team. She spotlighted the immense gratitude we all share for our ICF Calgary Board of Directors, celebrating them as the true engine behind our chapter’s success. Thank you to this phenomenal group of 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 for your strategic brilliance and tireless dedication. 🤝

But a chapter is nothing without its community, and Moji deeply emphasized how much our milestones rely on you - 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀. Your incredible support, consistent attendance, and high energy at all of our events throughout the year are what truly bring our chapter to life.

Everywhere we turn, AI is entering our everyday lives whether we actively choose it or not. As coaches and leaders, we are increasingly navigating its presence in our thinking, decision-making, relationships, and the systems we influence.

Conversations, publications, platforms, AI tools, and other forms of communication offer a wide range of perspectives. These span from remarkable, life-changing applications to more cautionary and, at times, concerning implications.
