Brentwood Community Association The Brentwood Community Association is a volunteer-based non-profit organization located in Calgary, Alberta.

This terrific little NW neighbourhood was voted as one of Calgary's best neighbourhoods, and is home to approximately 6500 Calgarians. Brentwood is located in the NW quadrant of Calgary, near the University of Calgary and Nose Hill Park. The Brentwood Community Association offers a banquet hall and meeting rooms โ€” including a boardroom โ€” for renting to the public for various functions. We also hav

e a multi-purpose arena available for renting. There are a variety of recreation programs for members of the community to join, including Bridge, Scrabble, senior afternoon tea, playgroup, and public skating. Sports programs available for members include Canskate, figure skating, hockey, and soccer. There is also the opportunity to participate in the community garden. Community Links:

Price: The person selling the bike sets the price, but you get help, the Swap uses past sales and AI to help you. Prices range $50-$4,000 average price is $280.

Cost to Sell a Bike: Thereโ€™s an up front fee of $15 to rack a bike, $10 for AMA members. Helps cover the time of bike tech check. Bikes have to be immediately rideable, about 12% get rejected. Onsite quick repairs at owners expense can be done. Bike Swap Costs are covered by rack fee an a 15% charge on all bikes sold.

Have too many working bikes, want to help our community? Consider donating a bike(s).

One way donated bikes help is support of adaptive cycling, You Can Ride 2 (in Edmonton) and CP Kids & Families (in Calgary) always get the first pick of the donated bikes.

Supporting programs like Borrow a Bike: YCR2 manages a pool of over 200 adaptive bikes, allowing families to borrow expensive specialized equipment that a child might otherwise outgrow.
