Volunteer for our Stampede Breakfast! We feed over 2000 people per year and we would love for our community to come out and help!

Scenic Acres Stampede Breakfast is on Sunday, July 5th at 8825 Scurfield Drive NW. Shifts range from 7:00am to 2:00pm. No experience necessary!

The first week of June is Senior's week in Alberta and you bet we're celebrating 🥳. We are proud to host all our activities and classes and are offering your first class on us! Try something new this week.

We are celebrating our volunteers at our Volunteer Tea. Catering by Wellings of Calgary. Entertainment by Harmonica Tableau and volunteers from Awaken Church are serving the volunteers from Bowness Seniors’ Centre.

We are so excited Our community garden is getting closer to being open every day.
We filled all of our raise beds with great soil through the city, wood chips from local arborists, bobcat use from a local landscaping company, volunteers from Bowness Seniors’ Centre, Simon House and a local day care. We are so fortunate that we have so much support in building this community garden.
