YCC at Huby’s Hangout🔥🏒 A huge thank you to Jonathan Huberdeau, the Calgary Flames Foundation, and Huby’s J&J Powerplay Program for such a fun night cheering on the Flames!

The kids had an absolute blast, and we are so grateful they got to experience a night like this!

It wasn’t the warmest day but it was definitely a fun one!😁 A day at Sandy Beach, having a picnic and swimming at the river followed with some time at the playground and a big game of soccer is always a summer field trip favourite!

It was a great day yesterday with the Calgary Flames Foundation as the kids got to participate in Tackle Tuesday! 🏈 The afternoon was made up of football drills, some ball hockey and a lot of smiles 😁💚

40 of our youth had an unforgettable day at the rodeo last week, experiencing one of Calgary’s favourite summer traditions! 🤠🎡🐂

A huge thank you to our incredible donor for generously providing the tickets and making this experience possible. 💚

What an unforgettable day! 🌲☀️

Last week around 40 youth from both our Ogden and Forest Lawn centres spent the day making lifelong memories at the Tim Hortons Ranch in beautiful Kananaskis. From horseback riding, rock climbing, and low ropes to archery, camp games, and so much more, the day was packed with adventure, laughter, and opportunities to build confidence while trying new things.

Experiences like these give our youth the chance to step outside their comfort zones, connect with one another, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

A HUGE thank you to the Tim Hortons Ranch for your incredible hospitality and for welcoming us for such a fun-filled day. We are so grateful for everything your team did to make this experience so special for our youth—we can’t wait to come back! ❤️🏕️

🚨KID SPOTLIGHT🚨

Felipe and Adrian joined YCC around 6 years ago and have been coming consistently ever since! They are born and raised in Canada, however their parents came over from Columbia!

They are in grades 6 and 4 and have been playing piano for the past 5 years. Under the teachings of Pat, the boys have been taking piano lessons every Tuesday consistently and their talent and dedication shows! Today we were fortunate to get a mini concert from the boys and safe to say they were AMAZING!!

Happy (belated) holidays from YCC! December was an action packed end to the year. Holiday boxes, a Calgary Flames game, and great Christmas festivities at the centres made for some memorable times! We can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for all of us. Happy New Year from YCC! 🥳
