Come one, come all! Our June Jamboree is happening tomorrow!

In our gym, we'll have carnival games, inflatables, and a balloon artist. In our parking lot, we'll have a hot dog BBQ, ice cream truck, dirty soda, and a few local partners to meet and greet!

Hot dogs are first come, first serve while quantities last. This is free thanks to the City of Calgary and Wards 14's WCEF Grant this year!

Ice cream truck and dirty soda partners will require credit card or cash!

We are only a few days away from our June Jamboree, and you are all invited!

We have so many exciting things planned for this year, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Join us from 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM for an afternoon filled with fun, laughter, and community. We’ll have inflatables, carnival games, a balloon artist, a dirty soda truck, an ice cream truck, hot dogs, local vendors, businesses, and so much more!

Bring along your family, friends, neighbours, and loved ones! Let’s come together, make memories, and celebrate our amazing community.

Come one, come all for Mid-Suns June Jamboree is back!!!

We have got a lot in store for you this year, so be sure to come by and visit.

Our event will be taking place from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm, and we have a lot of fun things for you to enjoy!

There's gonna be inflatables, carnival games, a balloon artist, a dirty soda truck, an ice cream truck, hot dogs, local vendors/businesses, and more.

So be sure to bring your family, friends, neighbours, and loved ones. Let's make memories together as a community!

Seniors Week has come to an end, and we want to thank all of those who helped us make this possible!

With the help of our sponsors, staff, and volunteers, we were able to offer 140+ Seniors the opportunity to participate in a Free workshop, event, or social outing.

We will be contacting all of our winners shortly!

Most of these activities will take place outside the centre in our newly renovated "Social Shed". (Thursday evenings will take place in the Studio)

Tanya has been teaching at our facility for quite some time now, and her programs are always highly attended. Be sure to secure your spot before they are all gone!

Seniors' Week is here, and is taking place from June 1 - 7, and we would like to do our part in giving back to those who have supported us, volunteered, and made a lasting impact at our facility over the years.

Each activity is completely FREE and will require participants to register in advance; these activities are only for those who are 55+. So be sure to step out of your comfort zone and try something new!

Please note: The activities have limited capacity, so be sure to register in advance, as we will not be accepting drop-ins.

Due to the fact that spots are limited, we encourage participants to limit enrollment in order to allow others to join in on the fun and try one of the 5 activities!

Join us for our final class before the summer break and enjoy some fun, quality time connecting with other parents and little ones in the community.

This program is designed for children ages 3–6 and their parents and/or guardians.

Join Michelle and celebrate the longest day of the year, the Summer Solstice, with a Yoga Nidra practice to set new intentions (sankalpa), and a healing sound bath featuring the energetic frequencies of the crystal bowls, buffalo drum, crystal pyramid, koshi chimes, rattle, chakra drum, ocean drum, and wind gong.

This 90-minute workshop will be an evening of release, healing, and renewal, encouraging you to go forth into summer with a renewed sense of self.
