Join us for a series of intimate Summer teachings with Tanya.

Most of these activities will take place outside the centre in our newly renovated "Social Shed". (Thursday evenings will take place in the Studio)

Tanya has been teaching at our facility for quite some time now, and her programs are always highly attended. Be sure to secure your spot before they are all gone!

Seniors' Week is here, and is taking place from June 1 - 7, and we would like to do our part in giving back to those who have supported us, volunteered, and made a lasting impact at our facility over the years.

Each activity is completely FREE and will require participants to register in advance; these activities are only for those who are 55+. So be sure to step out of your comfort zone and try something new!

Please note: The activities have limited capacity, so be sure to register in advance, as we will not be accepting drop-ins.

Due to the fact that spots are limited, we encourage participants to limit enrollment in order to allow others to join in on the fun and try one of the 5 activities!

Seniors week is almost upon us, and Mid-Sun has got a FREE week of activities planned!

Join us for our final class before the summer break and enjoy some fun, quality time connecting with other parents and little ones in the community.

This program is designed for children ages 3–6 and their parents and/or guardians.

Join Michelle and celebrate the longest day of the year, the Summer Solstice, with a Yoga Nidra practice to set new intentions (sankalpa), and a healing sound bath featuring the energetic frequencies of the crystal bowls, buffalo drum, crystal pyramid, koshi chimes, rattle, chakra drum, ocean drum, and wind gong.

This 90-minute workshop will be an evening of release, healing, and renewal, encouraging you to go forth into summer with a renewed sense of self.
