Delicious Read is a fun, relaxed, and diverse Calgary-based book club for individuals with a mutual love of reading and food. It's a great way to have fun, enjoy a good book, join an interesting conversation, and share recipes and cooking tips. One book per month
What kinds of books are read? An array of genres are explored. Members may make suggestions and will vote on the book of the month. How
much commitment is involved? In any particular month, members can choose whether or not they wish to read the book of the month and join in the conversations generated by the book. This book club revolves around busy schedules! Meetings will be held every 6-8 weeks in Calgary and will be more of a social gathering for members. Bring an appetizer and enjoy a night with great company! And of course the books will be discussed as well ;)
Not living in Calgary? You are still welcome to follow us on facebook and join our online discussions. You can even volunteer to be a book club admin. for your location and organize meetings for members near you. Just send us a message and we will make it happen! Want more than just a book club?
