NSTEP

NSTEP stands for Nutrition Students Teachers Exercising with Parents. We believe that small changes add up to massive results.

We are a registered charity with a mission to create a wave of health across Canada and help children, families, and the community to eat better, walk more, and live longer. Our programs encourage everyone to learn and practice new behaviours, so they become habits. One example is our NSTEP EAT WALK LIVE program, which provides fun, interactive nutrition and physical activity education for kids, teachers, and parents within our communities. We strive to have communities and schools share common goals and work together to create cultural change, leading to a healthier environment.

Over the weekend, we had the opportunity to support Fresh for Kids Snack Program, helping deliver fun, nutritious snack packs to students in underserved schools.

A huge thank you to the students for volunteering — together we assembled 450 snack packs in just one hour! 💛 Small actions, big impact.
