Ghost River Rediscovery Society is a charitable organization founded in 1994. Serving the urban Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal community, GRR offers traditional and cultural-based indoor and outdoor leadership programming year round. • Passion-based learning experiences which guide participants in life and career planning;
• Encouraging sharing;
• Developing key mentorship relationships and role modelling;
• Finding a voice;
• Reconnecting youth with Elders and strengthening intergenerational learning;
• Creating personal achievements and success;
• Enhancing healthy living;
• Developing leadership skills and abilities, and;
• Reconnecting youth to teachings of the natural world
