👏👏👏

GIVING BACK – Sarah has been a Stampede volunteer since 2023 and is a familiar member of the Stampede family as the 2023 Calgary Stampede Princess.

“My reign as the 2023 Stampede Princess provided experiences and opportunities that helped me grow in ways I never could have imagined. Since then, I've gained an incredible new community within the Queens’ Alumni Committee. I hope to keep giving back by sharing Western hospitality and spirit through my volunteerism. The Queens’ Alumni Committee does an amazing job creating accessible and accommodating events that capture the Stampede Spirit through our Giddy Up programs, and it's an honour to be involved.”

Thank you, Sarah, and all of our Calgary Stampede volunteers for the impact you have had on our community! This International Year of the Volunteer, we celebrate you.

One of our favourite parts of the is hosting our directors, past directors, and their guests in the Brand Room. We become very close with the Board of Directors during our years as Royalty and it is always a pleasure to catch up and extend our Western Hospitality when they come to the Brand Room ❤️
