WARNING!!! This is not for Sissies LESSON: Hard conditions makes you more resilient.

This was one of my tougher cold runs for sure!!!!! Snow drifts, uncertain footing and driving snow in the eyes with a wind chill factor of almost -30 deg C made this incredibly hard and frigidly cold. Steep incline up to the to of Nose Hill Park in sinking snow, once I reached the top of Nose Hill the howling wind up there was unbearably cold with nothing to shield from. My phone stopped working, my forearm muscles could hardly move my hands up and down. And even my artic gloves were not keeping my fingers warm. Certainly makes you tougher.
