Many people ask us:

"How can we move beyond awareness and actually contribute to reconciliation?"

One answer is simple:

Listen to Indigenous youth.

Through Stardale presentations, audiences hear directly from young women whose experiences, insights, and resilience challenge assumptions and inspire action.

These conversations create opportunities for connection, understanding, and hope.

Whether you're planning professional development, a conference, a school event, or a community gathering, Stardale speakers can help spark meaningful dialogue.

A statistic can inform us.

A story can change us.

Stardale's educational films short feature Indigenous youth sharing their lived experiences, challenges, hopes, and dreams in their own words.

These aren't stories told about youth.

They're stories told BY youth.

The result is learning that feels personal, authentic, and unforgettable.

Our films are available for schools, organizations, workplaces, and community groups seeking meaningful reconciliation learning experiences.

What would happen if every Indigenous youth knew their voice mattered?

Imagine growing up knowing that adults were listening. That your experiences were valued. That your ideas could help shape the future.

For many Indigenous youth, being heard can be a powerful step toward healing, confidence, and leadership.

At Stardale, young women courageously share their stories through videos, presentations, and educational resources that help communities better understand the realities facing Indigenous youth today—and the possibilities that emerge when we invest in their success.

Youth are not just the future. They are the bridge between where we have been and where we want to go.

If you're an educator, community leader, business, or organization looking to deepen your understanding of Indigenous perspectives, we'd love to connect.

💬 What is one thing adults could do to better support young people today?

A huge thank you to Nick's Steakhouse for their incredible support of Stardale!

Throughout the month of May, Nick's generously donated proceeds from every Euphoria Pizza sold to support the work we do with Indigenous girls and young women.

Partnerships like this make a real difference. Every pizza purchased helped create opportunities for youth to build confidence, develop leadership skills, share their stories, and connect with their community.

Thank you to the team at Nick's Steakhouse for choosing to invest in the next generation of Indigenous leaders, and thank you to everyone who ordered a Euphoria Pizza and helped make this fundraiser a success.

We are grateful for your generosity and community spirit. ❤️

We are so proud of each and every one of you. ❤️

What does reconciliation look like in practice?

For more than 27 years, Stardale Women's Group has been creating spaces where Indigenous girls and young women can build confidence, reconnect with culture, strengthen leadership skills, and share their voices through storytelling, filmmaking, mentorship, and community.

In our latest blog, we reflect on National Indigenous History Month and share why we believe reconciliation begins with relationships, learning, and action.

We also explore how our curriculum and presentations help schools, organizations, and community groups deepen their understanding of Indigenous experiences while building stronger connections with Indigenous communities.

If you've ever wondered "What can I do?" this blog is for you.

For over 28 years, Stardale has been working with Indigenous girls and young women to build community, connection, confidence, and belonging.

Over the years, Stardale has developed approaches and systems rooted in relationship, creativity, culture, storytelling, and youth voice.

From after-school programming and filmmaking to drumming, mentorship, and community gatherings, these spaces have helped young women share their experiences and strengthen connection with themselves and each other.

Today, Stardale is available to speak with schools, organizations, and community groups about:
• how the Stardale model developed
• what has been included in the programs over the years
• what continues to support Indigenous girls and women today

The learnings shared through the curriculum can also be applied in classrooms, offices, organizations, and youth spaces.

Yesterday the girls came together to practice drumming and singing 💛

These moments are about more than music. They are about connection, belonging, community, and reconnecting with culture together.

At, we believe Indigenous girls deserve spaces where they feel supported, heard, and connected to who they are.

A heartfelt thank you to Eugene Stickland.💛

Eugene has been a long-time volunteer with and has played an important role in helping the girls share their poems, stories, and create films that reflect their realities.
