Looking for a great way to spend more time on the diamond? Volunteering as a coach is the perfect opportunity to make a difference while staying involved in the game you love.

Look who we found in Bend, Oregon, this past weekend! Our very own Adam Smith was participating in the year-end Jamboree for Bend North Little League!

With 32 years of service in District 3 Little League and many years of traveling to Bend to take part in this special event, Adam’s involvement is a true testament to the incredible dedication of our volunteers.

From parents and coaches to umpires and board members, volunteers are the heart of our baseball community. Their commitment helps keep the love of the game alive while building confidence, character, and lifelong memories for the children in our communities.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing volunteers for
everything you do! And a special thank you to Bend North Little League for inviting Adam to participate in this fantastic event.

Introducing the first-ever all girls summer Little League in Calgary the Calgary WildRoses! ⚾️

Open to girls from all quadrants of the city, the WildRoses are all about creating a fun, supportive, and empowering space where girls can grow their love for baseball, build confidence, and make lasting friendships.

T-Ball, Rookie, Minors & Majors Divisions
6-week summer season running through July & August
Registration: $150

Whether your player is brand new to the game or already loves baseball, there’s a place for her here.

The Centennial UIC, Adam Smith, and the Foothills Little League UIC, Chris Adams, teamed up this past Sunday to host an umpire clinic—and by all accounts, it was a great success.

Designed for intermediate and advanced umpires, the clinic focused on sharpening skills, building confidence, and continuing development on the field. Beyond the mechanics of the game, it also helped strengthen connections within the umpire and baseball community—something just as important as making the right call.

With such a strong turnout and positive feedback, there’s plenty of excitement around future clinics. Opportunities like this continue to grow, develop, and elevate the umpire community—and that’s a win for everyone involved in the game.
