Since 2014, our WiseGuyz program has worked with over 800 grade 8 & 9 boys across Calgary, helping them build the skills to navigate relationships, gender, and s*xual health with confidence.

Through four core modules, human rights, s*xual health, gender, s*xuality and the media, and healthy relationships, participants learn to challenge harmful stereotypes, become an active bystander, understand consent, and build the foundation for respectful relationships throughout their lives.

WiseGuyz started right here in Calgary, and its impact has been significant enough to earn national recognition and funding to expand across the country.

Calling all professionals working with youth! Did you know we offer programming to help boys and young men learn tools and skills for healthy relationships, media literacy and coping skills?

We provide Boys Program for grades 4-6 and the WiseGuyz Program for grade 9. Whether you are working with youth in school or community settings, we have programs to support your learning outcomes. We also offer Raising Boys, a three-part series for boys and parents to attend together on evenings or weekends. Topics include puberty, media literacy and healthy friendships.

We are hiring a Program Coordinator, Building Belonging! This role will play a key role in delivering inclusive programs and supports for 2SLGBTQ+ youth and their natural supports across Alberta. This is a contract role ending June 30, 2028.

This position will manage relationships with Family Resource Network (FRN) agencies, facilitate programs, provide individual support and systems navigation and build the capacity of community partners to provide 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive services.
