A huge THANK YOU, Parkdale, Pt. McKay, St Andrew's Heights and surrounding communities 💚 !

Thank you to everyone who donated, shopped, volunteered, shared our posts, hauled gear, cleaned, sorted, priced and helped make our first Parkdale Sports Gear Sale happen.

Most importantly, a huge amount of donated sporting equipment is now heading to KidSport Calgary, where it can help more kids get into the game. 🏒⚽🏀⛸️

We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of our community and for the many volunteers who gave their time to make this event possible.

Special shout - out to our youth volunteers from Youth Central and Volunteer Churchill!

BIG FEELINGS MONSTER is now open to ALL AGES! 🎨👹

We’ve opened up our Parent & Child Art Night so more families can join us.

Big Feelings Monster is a playful, low-pressure evening where kids and caregivers create their own “big feeling monsters” and explore what those feelings might be trying to say.

This is not an art class and no artistic experience is needed. Stick figures are absolutely welcome.

It’s 90 minutes to slow down, make something together, get a little messy, and connect in a different way.

Wednesday, Sept. 30
6:30–8:00 pm
Parkdale United Church
All ages welcome
All materials included

$45 family of 2 | $65 for 3 | $85 for 4
PCA members receive $10 off

The Farm Stand Program continues to grow, and The City of Calgary is pleased to support bringing more locally and regionally grown food into more Calgary communities while providing support to our local farmers. The Farm Stand Program supports 10 incredible local and regional farmers and vendors.
